Revision retreat in the French Alps

The IPR diploma revision retreats are run by Study Retreats from ski chalets hidden away in the Tarentaise region of the French Alps. The chalets are close to the ski resorts of Les Arcs and La Plagne.

These intensive residential retreats run for 3 days or a week and are led by an experienced IPR diploma tutor and examiner.

Participants benefit from one-on-one tutor support and focused revision workshops covering the core IPR diploma syllabus. Daily study surgeries also help improve revision skills and exam techniques.

Students can study in peace and quiet, free from all distractions and disturbances. The chalet hosts prepare the meals and look after the daily chores, leaving participants free to concentrate on revision. For people joining the retreats in December or January, there’s also the chance to ski during study breaks.

The full-board stay includes a healthy breakfast with yoghurt, fresh fruit and homemade bread; a light lunch; freshly baked cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea; and a three course evening meal with wine.
