Chloe Kane Associates were commissioned to conduct a language research project for the Corporation of London, Bishopsgate Institute and City University. The four key objectives were to establish a learner profile, assess the impact of City Worker Study Vouchers, position the Institute among other language providers and assess the significance of qualifications for students. A sample of over 400 Bishopsgate students were selected. The findings can be read in the Bishopsgate Report 2003.
